The UConn Leadership Certificate Series is a set of free, 9-week workshops designed to help students explore leadership in action. Sessions are peer-led, discussion-based, and experiential—making them a perfect complement to academic learning.
Why encourage your students to join?
They’ll gain practical skills in teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and cultural competence.
Certificates provide official recognition they can highlight on resumes, grad school applications, and LinkedIn.
Workshops create opportunities to connect with motivated peers across campus.
Programs are accessible to all majors and years—no prior experience or prerequisites required.
