The department of Residential Living and Education is searching for an Associate Director for the Regional Residential Programs position. This important role will provide leadership and support to our growning campus housing efforts across UConn's regional campuses.
We have invited three candidates for an on-campus interview and they have been asked to present on the following topic "UConn is committed to enhancing the residential experience at its regional campuses to foster student engagement, retention and success. As the Associate Director for the Regional Campus Residential Programs, you would play a key leadership role in shaping this effort."
Please prepare a 30-minute presentation responding to the following:
"How would you design and implement a successful residential program that meets the unique needs of students at UConn's regional campuses? In your response, address your approach to building community, promoting student development, integrating with academic and support services, and fostering equity and inclusion. Please include specific strategies for working within a multi-campus system, collabroating with campus partners, and assessing program effectiveness."
The presentations will take place on the following dates and times.
July 31st - 10:00-10:45am
August 5th - 10:00-10:45am
August 8th - 10:00-10:45am.
