Volunteers Wanted for a Research Study of Speech and Language
Volunteers are needed to participate in research study investigating how we understand language. Participants will listen to speech sounds and make decisions about them, and may also view pictures or text along with the speech sounds. We may also use an eye tracker to monitor where your eyes look on a computer screen as you perform language tasks. The study will last between 30 and 60 minutes per session. Participants may become eligible to participate in multiple research sessions.
Requirements: If interested in participating, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be a native speaker of North American English
Have no hearing deficit, or only mild hearing loss
Have no history of neurological impairment
Have no history of speech or language disorders
