Human Resources has partnered with UConn's Life Purpose Lab to offer in-person Career Purpose Workshops for faculty and staff in July 2025.
Participants will explore possibilities for purpose in every domain of life, including vocation, professional relationships, work-life balance, and personal fulfillment, with an emphasis on building purpose in career.
The workshops include presented material, personal reflection, reflective writing, and small group discussion. Participants finish by planning three possible paths for their lives that include re-envisioned, purposeful careers.
The workshops are ideal for professionals who seek greater purpose, direction, and satisfaction in their careers.
Registration is open to all employees. The cost for two four-hour sessions is $52 per person, which covers materials that participants receive. Employees may participate without using PTO.
Upon submission, this form will route to the employee's supervisor for signature and a KFS account.
