Co-Hosts University of Connecticut (UConn) and Eversource are partnering again to continue the dialogue on pressing sustainability and energy security issues in the third Sustainable Clean Energy Summit on October 27, 2025. This year, we are delighted to share that the Summit will be held alongside the 2025 North American Power Symposium (NAPS) at the Hartford Marriott – Downtown.
The summit will feature the third cohort of students participating in the Eversource-sponsored Clean Energy and Sustainability Innovation Program (CESIP). As part of this program, students research and design solutions centered around a UConn campus-focused initiative or to assist a Connecticut municipality reach their sustainable energy goals.
NAPS 2025, hosted by the University of Connecticut will bring together leading minds from academia and industry to advance the field of power engineering. The symposium will offer a three-day (October 26 - 28) dynamic forum to present innovative research, build connections, and explore emerging trends in sustainable power systems, including renewable energy integration, power system reliability and resilience, distributed energy resources, power electronics, and grid modernization. The Sustainable Clean Energy Summit, taking place alongside the symposium on October 27, will complement the breadth and depth of programming.
