The University of Connecticut (Dr. Amy Gorin, Principal Investigator) is conducting a no-cost online research study designed to help couples lose weight together through healthy eating and physical activity. Medication is not used in this study.
You will get:
- A free online weight loss program delivered on a mobile app.
- Personalized feedback to help you lose weight.
- Receive a free FitBit tracker and scale.
- You may lose weight, improve your health, and feel better!!!
Program Details:
- Weight loss program focused on healthy eating and exercise.
- NO medication
- You will receive $125 each for completing the study.
- No in-person visits
- Completely online
To qualify, you must be:
- Between the ages of 18-75
- Have a smartphone with internet access
- Married or living with a significant other who also wants to lose weight
