Important Reminder for Faculty Regarding Final Exam Administration at the Center for Students with Disabilities
If your students are scheduled to take final exams at the CSD next week, please review the following requirements:
- Final exams should be dropped off at the CSD office or uploaded to your MyAccess portal at least 48 hours in advance of the final. Given the extensive preparation, we would greatly appreciate receiving your final exam as early as possible.
- If your final is scheduled for Monday, May 5th, please have the exam and parameters uploaded by Friday, May 2nd at noon. If this is not possible, please plan on delivering printed copies of your exam to the CSD office at 7:15 am, Monday, 5/5.
- Instructors must provide the CSD with exam parameters (e.g. format, allowable materials, duration, instructor contact information) for this assessment to be administered on the above-mentioned date/time. This information can either be uploaded to MyAccess (see steps below), emailed to csdexams@uconn.edu, or delivered in person.
Instructions on how to submit exam parameters:
- Follow this link to https://csd.uconn.edu/myaccess/
- Select “Courses” on the left-hand side of the home page
- Scroll down to select the specific course
- At the top of the page, select the “Exam Parameters” tab
- Scroll to the middle of the page and select the black tab labeled “Click Here To Add Exam Parameters”
- Provide all required information, then "Submit"
