Annual performance evaluation training for supervisors of employees covered by the UCPEA bargaining unit will be offered on two dates: March 27, 2025 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM and April 2, 2025 from 2:00 - 3:00 PM. Training will be conducted remotely through Teams - no in person training will be held.
The training is a joint labor-management effort that outlines the current performance evaluation process. If you are new to this process, we encourage you to attend this session. Supervisors who have attended this training in the past are welcome to review the PowerPoint on the HR website.
