  • 2/20 WC Workshop: Dissertation and Thesis Defense

    Thursday, February 20th from 5:00pm-6:00pm, Homer Babbidge Library Room 1102 

     

    A thesis or dissertation defense is one of the last, most important milestones in a graduate student’s journey to their degree. It is both a rite of passage and the moment where they get to present their hard work to fellow scholars and the wider public. This free Writing Center workshop focuses on general strategies all graduate students can use during their defense, and discussing goals, expectations, and concerns for this pivotal graduate experience.
