This workshop addresses the challenges international faculty encounter in U.S. classrooms, including but not limited to language barriers, lack of social support, and cultural differences. Participants will explore effective practices and access valuable resources for teaching, assessment, student engagement, and classroom culture. The session offers practical strategies, impactful class activities, and access to pedagogical tools while fostering a supportive community for ongoing collaboration. Additionally, it highlights campus resources to enhance teaching effectiveness and support professional development.
