If you are interested in learning about facilitating a section of Senior Year Experience - a one-credit course that focuses on career readiness, management, culture, and decisions, as well as financial literacy and reflection, you are welcome to attend one of the two virtual information sessions about the class and instructor expectations, being held this week.
- 4800-general section, open to all students/majors
- 4810-focused section by a career community or industry, not major
- 4820/4840-focused section by major or population (4840 is letter graded)
All materials needed to teach a section are provided: syllabus, lecture content, activities,and ability to copy main course's HuskyCT Ultra site vs building one's own page. Expected time committment is about 3 hours a week. This one-credit S/U course may be offered between 8-14 weeks, in varying modalities (in-person, hybrid, synchronous, asynchronous), for 50-75 minutes each class, for graduating seniors at all campuses.
