Artificial Language Learning Study: Enrolling Monolingual speakers of American English
This research study investigates how monolingual speakers learn novel speech sounds across multiple sessions and days. The participants will be asked to participate in tasks where they will have to press buttons on keyboard in response to sounds. They will also be tested for hearing and cognitive abilities.
To participate, you must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Be a monolingual speaker of American English
- Be able to participate for multiple sessions/days
- Have normal hearing
- Have no history of hearing loss and/or neurological disorders
Compensation: $15/hour
