CETL is pleased to be sponsoring the next cohort to experience The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity’s (NCFDD) Faculty Success Program (FSP). We are seeking junior tenure-track faculty who are looking to improve their writing and research productivity through accountability, coaching, and peer support. The program also supports work-life balance and enhances personal growth through active mentorship. Program dates are January 27, 2025 - April 6, 2025.

Please note, the FSP program is time intensive. Faculty will be asked to:
- participate fully in the entire 12-week program.
- participate in a weekly 1.5-hour cohort virtual meeting at one of the times below:
o Tuesdays - 12pm-1:15pm ET
o Tuesdays - 3pm-4:15pm
o Wednesdays - 12pm-1:15pm ET
o Wednesdays - 3pm-4:15pm ET
- complete weekly training modules that average 45 minutes.
- engage in an optional 60-minute personal coaching call once during the program.
Eligibility:
- Pre-tenure faculty members in their first three years of employment at the university or mid-career faculty looking to jumpstart their research and/or writing productivity.
- Recommendation to participate and support from department head and dean.
Sponsorship:
CETL through generous support from the Provost’s Office will be fully funding selected faculty to participate in the 12-week program.
