The Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills is excited to share that the Storrs Fall Career Fairs are coming up! The All-University Fair will be on Tuesday, September 17 and the STEM Fair on Wednesday, September 18; both fairs will run from 11:00am-3:00pm in Gampel Pavilion. We are thrilled to offer this opportunity for all UConn students and connect them with over 200 employers, including the largest employers in the state of CT, that will be in attendance.
136 attending employers have indicated they are offering both internship and full-time opportunities, so whether they are a senior looking for a role post-grad or are a first-year student looking to explore different career paths, the career fairs can help all students get a foot in the door.
We have an exciting new addition this year! Students can get professional headshots taken with our brand-new Iris Photo Booth, presented by General Dynamics Electric Boat. We encourage you to stop by the fair either day and try it out for yourself. Have a seat, enter your email address, follow the prompts, and have your photos delivered to your inbox in about 1 minute!
Students can log into their Handshake account to see attending employers and register for the fair. We strongly encourage students to do this before the fairs because not all employers attend both days.
REGIONAL CAMPUSES
Buses will be provided for students on all regional campuses for both fairs. Students will be able to attend the fairs from 11:00am-1:00pm. Buses will depart from the front of Gampel Pavilion (2095 Hillside Road) at 1:00PM sharp to return to regional campuses
