  • Participants Wanted for Language Research Study

    The Altmann Lab at the University of Connecticut Department of Psychological Sciences is seeking participants for a research study to understand the basic skills that underlie language functions and/or the neurological basis for these skills. Participants will be asked to read words, non-words, or sentences, or look at pictures or videos while wearing an EEG net.

    Eligibility to participate:

    • Age 18+
    • Right-handed
    • Native English speaker
    • Normal or corrected-to-normal vision/hearing
    • Normal reading/motor skills

    Compensation:

    • $10/hour
