REDCap Development will be upgraded from v13.7.31 to v14.0.35 on Thursday, July 25 at 4:00pm – 6:00pm. During this time, REDCap Development will NOT be available, however, REDCap Production will not be affected.
REDCap Production will be upgraded from v13.7.31 to v14.0.35 on Thursday, August 8 at 4: 00pm – 6:00pm. During this time, REDCap Production will NOT be available. Additionally, while the production upgrade is being conducted, survey emails will be paused and survey links will be inaccessible and will display a REDCap is offline message when clicked on. These functions will resume once the production upgrade is complete.
- Mobile app users are STRONGLY encouraged to sync any data on their devices back to their REDCap project BEFORE the upgrade begins. Although not encouraged, offline data collection may continue in the app during the upgrade, however, the online sync process will not be available until the upgrade is complete.
IMPACT: Given that the REDCap Development system will be upgraded 2 weeks before the Production system, they will consequently be on differing versions, therefore there will be a pause in project moves to production for 2 weeks. Please make sure all move-to-production requests are submitted before Thursday, July 25.
