    Seeking Human Participants

       We are recruiting mothers 18 years and older, who identify as Black, multiracial(including Black), Hispanic/Latina or multiethnic(including Hispanic) for a research study aimed at developing methods to support sleep improvement among Black and Latina mothers with children between ages one and six years. Participation includes completing two online surveys and a 1-hour virtual group discussion with the study researchers and 4 to 6 other mothers. The surveyinclude demographics and health history questions, while the virtual focus group session will discuss new sleep interventions. 

     Participants will receive $50 for completing the study. This study will be completed online and at home. This study was approved by the IRB, Protocol HR22-0116. 

     Criteria: 

    • Identify as  

      • Black/African American  

      • Latina or Hispanic 

      • multiracial/multiethnic with Black or Latina heritage 

    • Be at least18 years old 

    • Mother/Caregiver to at least one child between 1-6 years old
