Digital Storytelling for the Classroom – Record a one-minute introduction video for your students
    Thursday, June 20th / 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM (90 min)
    Online
    Presenter: Luiza Printes dos Santos

During a three-day workshop spread over two weeks, attendees will use their smartphone or laptop cameras to record and edit a one-minute horizontal video introducing themselves to their students.

Through interactive discussions and examples, you will learn how to craft compelling digital stories that resonate with students and create meaningful connections.

Participants will explore the principles of effective digital storytelling, having the opportunity to plan, script, record, and edit their own one-minute introduction videos. Guidance will be provided through one-on-one and group meetings to incorporate these elements with authenticity and enthusiasm.

By the end of the three group meetings, participants will have produced a polished introduction video ready to be shared with their students before the semester starts.

Equipment to be used: Your smartphones or laptop cameras, no professional equipment is required!
