    Early Arrival Program Organizer

    • The organizer is a professional staff member (non-student staff) responsible for submitting requests for student early arrivals and managing communication to the corresponding students.
    • Organizer must submit web form starting June 17 at Faculty and Staff Early Arrival Information | Residential Life (uconn.edu) providing group information and reason for students needing to arrive to campus early. Information should include how this office/department contributes to welcoming students (hosting an event or program, providing support during move in days, etc)
    • Late submissions and late additions will not be accepted.  A firm deadline is necessary to effectively designate all student early arrivals, send communication and organize keys for their arrival.
