REDCap II will be updated THURSDAY, APRIL 25 AT 4:00pm – 6:00pm.
Impact: During this time, the REDCap II system (Development and Production) will NOT be available:
- Users cannot create new projects nor access their existing projects
- Survey Invitations will be paused (they will automatically resume and be sent when back online)
- Survey links will be inaccessible and will display a REDCap is offline message when clicked on
- Mobile app users are STRONGLY encouraged to sync any data on their devices back to their REDCap project BEFORE the upgrade begins. Although not encouraged, offline data collection may continue in the app during the upgrade, however, the online sync process will not be available until the upgrade is complete.
ALL USERS: We STRONGLY recommend all users download and save a backup of their project and data (data dictionary, export all data, XML files, PDF collection) shortly before the scheduled update time. For more information: Managing Your Data.
