  • Career Advocate of the Year Nominations Are Open

One of the most rewarding aspects of being a member of the UConn community is advising and mentoring students. In recognition of all the career support that so many provide to students at UConn, the Center for Career Development asks that you take a moment to submit a nomination for the Career Advocate of the Year Awards!

There are three Advocate of the Year awards, one highlighting a member of the UConn faculty, another acknowledging a member of the UConn staff, and one celebrating the work of an employer. There is also a new Career Competency Innovation award that recognizes the efforts of an employer, faculty or staff member, or department to assistUConn students in advancing career competency development. Nominating an individual isa great wayto recognize their efforts in supporting students' career development.
