The annual Flower and Garden Show will be held in the Hartford Convention Center from Thursday, February 22nd to Sunday, February 25th.
Please be advised that due to the expected increase in event attendees for the Connecticut Flower Show, the management company for the Hartford Convention Center Garage has recommended that employees visiting the Hartford Campus who usually validate their parking go to the Bushnell South Garage (map), located at 120 Capitol Ave, Hartford where they can park at NO CHARGE.
The garage is located less than a quarter mile from the UConn campus, but Propark will provide free shuttle services to and from the facility on event days. Shuttles will run from 6:45 am until 10 pm on Thursday and 6:45 am to 6:00 pm on Friday.
The campus shuttle pickup location will be located on Front Street, near its intersection with Front Street Crossing.
Please be advised that UConn Student parking access for the Connecticut Convention Center Garage in Hartford will be temporarily suspended on Thursday, February 22nd, and Friday, February 23rd:
- Student permit holder access will be turned off.
- Validations for students from other UConn campuses will not be issued.
Students are required to use the alternate parking in the Bushnell South Garage.
