  • Random Acts of Kindness Week: Feb 11-17

Happy Random Acts of Kindness Week!

What would it feel like to work in a place where kindness is the norm? You don’t have to wonder. You can make it a reality.

All week long, spread kindness in an intentional way to your colleagues, your friends, your family and even strangers.

    • Kindness Art to share with colleagues
    • Start a fun game of Kindness Tag in your office where you do anonymous acts of kindness for your colleagues
All week, Human Resources will be posting ways to extend kindness to one another each day.

Idea #1: Publicly acknowledge someone who deserves the praise

Kindness increases the love hormone, energy, happiness, lifespan, pleasure and serotonin while decreasing decreasing pain, stress, anxiety, depression and blood pressure.

There is no limit on the amount of goodness we can put into the world. So, what are you going to do to make kindness the norm?
