As a reminder, the Career Progression Nomination Period is now open and will close for submissions on February 29, 2024. Eligible employees who have been nominated by their supervisor or manager should submit the Career Progression Nomination Form as soon as possible. Instructions on how to submit the form, a sample nomination form and the approval workflow can be found on the Tutorials and Training website.
All supervisors are required to have discussions with their eligible employees on if they will be nominated so that employees will have adequate time to submit the Career Progression Nomination Form. It is required that all UCPEA positions have a completed and approved Career Progression Framework and the supervisor has shared this framework with the employee, regardless of eligibility.
