One of the most requested and sought after documents is a copy of our checklist(s). What may seem like a simple request really is not as each event poses unique challenges. Checklists evolve as departments change their procedures and forms regularly.
Join Cara Workman, Director of University Events and Conference Services, as she guides you through the process of creating a master checklist. Come with a specific event in mind or just come to jot down notes and ideas. Whatever your needs, this session will be a brain-dump of years of experience producing events.
This session is designed to be a lively and participatory experience customized for university event planners, administrative assistants, and anyone eager to delve into the intricacies of event planning checklists, providing you with practical knowledge, industry insights, and a supportive community. Please bring your questions to the table so that we can tailor our discussions to your needs.
Cookies and water will be provided and please feel free to bring your lunch with you - the brown bag session is meant to be collaborative and informal.
