Beginning January 16, 2024, UConn Transportation Services will commence a pilot program to provide express shuttle service between Lot F (off of North Eagleville Rd) and the Graduate Hotel (off Bolton Rd on the South end of Campus).
The aim is to provide easily accessible Area 2 parking for employees whose ability to park near their work center has been impacted by the South Campus construction projects.
The hours of operation will be 8 AM until 6:30 PM unless otherwise communicated via the Daily Digest.
The shuttle will be either a HuskyGo 15-passenger shuttle-style van or a minivan.
The route will stop at both covered bus stops in Lot F, the intersection of N Hillside Rd and Fairfield way, and the front entrance of the Graduate Hotel.
The route will originate in Lot F in the AM and the Graduate beginning at 1 PM.
Departures will not be based on specific times, rather this will run similar to an airport parking shuttle.
Shuttle will depart when riders board OR after 10 minutes without a rider boarding from origin (F in AM; Graduate after 1 pm)
Shuttle will remain at destination location until riders board or after 2 minutes without a rider boarding (Graduate in AM; F after 1 PM)
