  • Employee and Spousal Tuition Waiver: Spring 2024

    A waiver of tuition or a partial waiver of credit fees equivalent to tuition is available to most UCPEA and Managerial/Confidential employees on a space available basis for all undergraduate and many graduate courses taken at the University of Connecticut.   A waiver of tuition for undergraduate courses taken at the University of Connecticut is available to AFSCME employees.  Program details and exclusions are available on the following site - https://hr.uconn.edu/tuition-benefits/

    A waiver of tuition is extended to the legal spouses of most AAUP, Law School Faculty, and Managerial/Confidential employees on a space available basis for undergraduate courses taken at the University of Connecticut. 

    Beginning on January 16, 2024 and continuing through the 10th day of classes, eligible employees can submit a tuition waiver application using the online portal –   https://hclleap-prod2.its.uconn.edu/apps/landing/org/app/5af486f2-d9a1-44b3-8b5c-2330e636b049/launch/index.html?form=F_Waiver

    If you plan to request a flexible work schedule for the spring semester, we encourage you to discuss your request with your manager to expedite processing of your waiver request.
