  • New SAP Appeal Form for Faculty/Staff Support

    The Office of Student Financial Aid Services (OSFAS) has converted the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Form to the Kuali Build platform. This change allows students to send their SAP appeal forms directly to university faculty and staff members to provide third-party documentation.

    If a student selects the option to have the SAP form forwarded to a faculty/staff member to provide third-party documentation, the faculty/staff member will receive an email from no-reply@mail.kualibuild.com with the subject “You have been assigned a TASK: Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Form - Third Party Documentation.”

    Once an email has been received from Kuali Build, the faculty/staff member will click on the “View Task” button in the email and will be redirected to the Kuali Build platform where they can provide their letter of support by following the instructions on the form. The OSFAS will not receive the completed SAP Appeal Form until the faculty/staff member has completed and submitted their section of the form.
