A group life insurance open enrollment period is being held through December 31, 2023, whereby eligible permanent state employees can enroll in coverage without medical approval needed.

For those opting to enroll in coverage, the completed Unum form can be returned to Human Resources via fax (860-486-0378) or (with SSN information redacted) via benefits@uconn.edu.
