Target Audience: Faculty, staff, residents, and students interested in clinical research.
Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to): 1) List the six steps of the Kern model of curriculum development; 2) Identify the importance of interdisciplinary education and rapid cycle deliberate practice for simulation-based curricula; 3) Discuss the results of a randomized trial of Obstetric Life Support for prehospital and hospital-based learners; 4) Recognize benefits to learners from participating in Obstetric Life Support.
