Inventory Control and Enterprise Applications have created a Controllable Property (CP) System. This user-friendly system replaces the Excel file you received as an attachment on the Compliance of Controllable Property Notification email.
The process will continue to send out an automated email to faculty and staff listing the Controllable Property assigned to them for confirmation. The email will be created, and email delivered if the Last Inventory Date has not been updated within each year (greater than 365 days).
The email will continue to be delivered to you until Inventory Control receives your response.
