    Mindful eating is a practice of slowing down and intentionally noticing what is happening while eating and drinking. It sounds simple, however, in our busy, multitasking world we often don’t even notice that we are eating or drinking, much less tasting what we are putting in our mouths.

    In this virtual session, you'll... 

    • learn about mindfulness and how to apply it to eating.
    • learn about the benefits of eating mindfully.
    • learn about the nine aspects of hunger that drive eating.
    • practice mindfulness and a mindful eating exercise.

    INSTRUCTOR: Beth Reel is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), mindfulness, meditation, and yoga teacher. Beth received professional mindfulness and mindful eating training through the University of California, San Diego, Center for Mindfulness.


    Just in time for the Holiday season, join us for this virtual introductory session to learn more. Please bring a few raisins or some other small food item to use in the mindful eating exercise.
