  • Upcoming Core-CT System Outage

    As part of an ongoing modernization project, the Core-CT system will be migrated from physical servers to the Oracle cloud. To accommodate this move, the system will be unavailable beginning Wednesday, November 8, 2023 through Sunday, November 12, 2023. We anticipate that system access will be reinstated on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 7AM. Please note that employees should always access Core-CT at Home | UConn Employee Self Service Portal, and not through saved/bookmarked links. 

    Employees will not be able to access Core-CT during this time, including the following self-service areas:

    • Printing/viewing paycheck information
    • Adding/modifying:
      • Personal information
      • Benefit information
      • Tax withholding information (Federal Form W-4)
      • Direct deposit information

    Please plan accordingly for this outage.

    When access is reinstated, employees will need to clear their browser cache to ensure optimal performance. Information on how to clear browser cache can be found on the ITS Knowledge Base website at Clearing Cache. Additionally, there may be slight changes to the appearance of certain pages, however functionality is not expected to be impacted. If issues are encountered, please report them to Payroll at Payroll Help Desk.
