Celebrating You with Yoga!

Join us at the UConn Rec Center for 45minutes of Gentle Flow Yoga!
Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, relaxing practice that will include a variety of postures, breathing, and meditation techniques. This class is a perfect way to reset and refocus, concentrating on physical health and mental well-being.
Arrive between 11:45 am - 12:00pm to check in for the event at the Husky Suite.
Due to a capacity limit, registration is highly encouraged.
