NSF Graduate Research Fellowship (GRFP) Prospective Applicant Webinar

    September 20, 11:15AM

The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) helps ensure the quality, vitality, and diversity of the scientific and engineering workforce of the United States. A goal of the program is to broaden participation of the full spectrum of diverse talents in STEM. The five-year fellowship provides three years of financial support inclusive of an annual stipend of $37,000.

The GRFP recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students who have demonstrated the potential to be high achieving scientists and engineers, early in their careers. Applicants must be pursuing full-time research-based master’s and doctoral degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) or in STEM education at accredited US institutions.

Staff from NSF are hosting informational webinars for prospective applicants in September. The next webinar will take place September 20 at 11:15AM. These webinar sessions provide an overview of the GRFP and application process and are conducted via Zoom videoconferencing. Each webinar is limited to 700 participants, and participants must pre-register in order to attend. So please register as soon as possible for the earliest session that fits your schedule to ensure your space in the webinar.
