Until October 1st, the Women’s Center Newsletter is looking for article content submissions. Submissions can be in any form (written, visual, auditory) and be anywhere from 250-500 words.Submissions can be about anything related to the conceptof or illusion of choice as it pertains to gender, race, disability, sexual identity, any other identity, or a merging of identities within day-to-day life; content can be research-based, anecdotal, or a challenge to thought. Some examples include political choice, choice as it pertains to the body, choice as it pertains to a career, sexual lack of choice and coercion, etc. If you are interested,looking for inspiration, or have further questions, feel free to email Ava Reilley at ajr18027work@uconn.edu and Ara Huynh at alh19036work@uconn.edu.
