This session will outline a plan to get your fellowship application done. There will be two follow-up peer review sessions that will be scheduled based on participant interest and disciplines.

Boren/Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program Information Sessions (Wednesday, September 17th, Austin 103| 4-5pm and Thursday, September 18th.Rowe 420|12:30-1:30pm)
The Boren/CLS sessions will provide information about opportunities for intensive critical language and cultural immersion programs. The Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program offers fully-funded intensive language institutes in thirteen critical foreign languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Turkish, etc. The Boren Fellowship emphasizes less commonly taught languages and long-term linguistic and cultural study, as well as research and academic internships abroad.
