  • 2023 Years of Service Awards Update

    For Years of Service recognition, the State of Connecticut identifies eligible employees when they reach a milestone year (e.g., 10, 15, 20, 25+) by February 1st of the employee recognition program year. HR notified this year’s recognized employees in April, and employees had the option to select an award through our promotional vendor, JMA. For employees who did not select an award, they will receive a default award. Employees reaching 5 years of service will receive a framed certificate. The vendor has shipped awards to Human Resources, and HR will prepare the awards and certificates for distribution in the Fall.

    HR will make the certificates and awards available for pick up by departments from the Brown Building on the Depot Campus. Departments may distribute awards and certificates, as they see fit. HR will share information for departments about pick up dates and time soon.
