Does your to do list never end? Are you wondering why some of your co-workers can find more balance?

All organizations have work that no one wants to do: planning the office party, attending to that time-consuming client, or simply helping others. Women are disproportionately asked and expected to take on these tasks that inevitably go unrewarded, leaving women overcommitted and underutilized as companies forfeit revenue, productivity, and top talent.

In the book the authors show hard data, share personal anecdotes, provide self- and workplace-assessments for immediate use, and innovative advice that you can use immediately.

We are getting together for 2-3 remote and synchronous (Oct 13, Oct27, Dec 1) sessions and - yes!-2 in person lunches (Sept 22, 2023 and Jan26, 2024) to explore the book through guided participant driven discussions

Let's get into the habit of making savvy decisions about the work we take on. We are looking forward to meeting you all and learning with you,
