Abstract submissions - 2023 Connecticut Children’s Research Institute Symposium
We welcome research abstract submissions to the 3rd Annual Connecticut Children's Research Institute Symposium on November 8th 2023. This will be a full day research symposium with invited and local speakers, panel sessions, and podium and poster abstract presentations.
If interested in being considered for a podium or poster presentation, investigators should submit a 250-word research abstract with relevance to child health. We welcome submissions from all Connecticut Children’s Faculty, UConn Faculty (all campuses) as well as Jax GM. We encourage submissions from trainees and will reserve slots for the strongest trainee abstract.
Abstracts will be scored with the following key criteria:
1) Importance of the problem or topic
2) Approach
3) Findings
4) Significance
