Alison Derbenwick Miller is the Vice President of Oracle for Research, leading Oracle’s global
strategy and development for the research industry.
In 2022, Alison was recognized in Business Insider’s "Cloudverse 100" list and named as Women Worth Watching's 2022 STEM
Award winner.
Alison is co-chair of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) education
board, in addition to serving on the editorial advisory board for ACM Inroads and the industry
advisory board for the GVU Center at Georgia Tech. Alison holds bachelor’s degrees in communication
and history with honors from Stanford University and a master's degree in jurisprudence
and social policy from the University of California at Berkeley.
