Dr. Alicia Dugan of UConn Health is conducting an anonymous online survey to understand social support among a working population of cancer survivors.
You may qualify to participate if you are an EMPLOYED survivor of ANY TYPE OF CANCER who:
o is 18 years of age or older
o completed initial treatment (surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy) for any kind of cancer sometime in the past 10 years
o was employed 20 or more hours per week when diagnosed with any cancer type
o are currently employed 20 hours or more per week

If you are eligible, you will be contacted by a member of our research team over the phone to confirm your eligibility and receive information about participation in the research survey.
Eligible participants who complete a 45-minute online survey are compensated with a $50 Amazon gift card for their time and participation.
