Data Insights from WrapStat, a repository for Wraparound data
June 28, 2023, 10:30 – 12:30 PST
Presenter: Eric Bruns, Associate Director, SMART Center & Professor, Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Childrens Division, University of Washington
Since its launch in late 2020, WrapStat has become a repository for data on Wraparound implementation and outcomes for over 100 provider organizations and an increasing number of states. As of January 2023, collaborators across the country have enrolled nearly 16,000 youth in the WrapStat youth roster, as well as data for nearly 10,000 fidelity assessments from the Wraparound Fidelity Index (WFI-EZ) and Team Observation Measure (TOM).
This webinar will provide WrapStat and WFAS users, Wraparound providers, system of care leaders, researchers, evaluators, and others with an initial summary of these many millions of WrapStat data points. Some first areas of exploration include: Who are our collaborators and how many youths are they serving? How complete is the information being entered in WrapStat? What are the demographic and other characteristics of youth and families being served? What is the average length of enrollment? What are the discharge reasons?
With this session, UW WERT and NWI seek to begin feeding data back to our national Wraparound community of practice, examine trends in Wraparound implementation nationally, and identify ways licensed users can contribute to the collective quest to use data to continually improve Wraparound -- locally and globally.
