Know an undergrad who is passionate about sustainability or looking for experience in the climate sector?
Encourage them to apply for ClimateWerx!
The Werth Institute recently opened applications for ClimateWerx, a multi-semester experiential learning program centered around sustainability. It consists of a 2-credit seminar course in the Fall of 2023, Entrepreneurial Approaches to Sustainable Climate Action, followed by support in perusing related research labs at UConn, an internship with Connecticut-based climate-oriented startups, or work on developing an idea of their own further.
The deadline for submitting a student application to ClimateWerx is Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 11:59pm ET, which can be accessed here.
This program is open to all majors, undergraduate class levels, and campuses. Class is held in-person at the Storrs Campus.
