Adult Volunteers Wanted for a Research Study
Protein for Healthy Aging
We are collecting diet intake information to validate a screening tool for protein intake. Participants will complete a questionnaire about routine consumption of protein foods and a 3-day food record; this will occur once at the start of the study, and a second time two weeks later. Both data collections will take approximately 60 minutes in total, and can be completed on your own time.
Who is eligible?
- Adults who are 40-70 years old
- Able to read and write in English
At the conclusion of the study, participants will receive a summary from a registered dietitian describing whether protein intake meets estimated needs.
