Students and Scholars who will travel abroad during the summer will need to report their travel and have a valid travel signature less than 12 months old when you return.
1. To report your travel, and get a travel signature:
a. Submit your Travel Information Record by 4/26/23.
b. Enrolled students: Submit your record here.
c. Visiting scholars: Login to the ISSS Scholar Portal with your email and password (do not use Net ID), click on requests, and click on Travel Signature.
2. To complete your Travel Information Record, you need:
a. Full time enrollment verification document. email registrar@uconn.edu and request the document be emailed to you as a pdf. (Visiting scholars do not need this)
b. Your passport
c. Your visa (unless Canadian)
3. Your electronic I-20 will be uploaded to your TDS record or Pick up your I-20 or DS-2019 with travel signature from ISSS by May 5, 2023. The ISSS front desk will email you if your document is ready for pick up before May 5.
