Faculty/Staff Daily Digest

Join us in Hartford for a UConn Black Alumni Town Hall. This event will allow alumni to hear directly from UConn’s Chief Diversity Officer, Dr. Frank Tuitt, and university leaders about the Black experience at UConn. The speaking program will focus on enrollment trends, student success, and UConn's diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice initiatives. Staff from the H. Fred Simons African American Cultural Center will also give an update on the search for a new cultural center director. 

 

Alumni will have an opportunity to ask questions during the program. A reception with light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be held before the program begins.
