Opportunity for students please share! The Women's Center is pleased to accept applications for undergraduate and graduate students to attend the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL). This year the conference will in-person at the University of Maryland from May 31st to June 3rd 2023. Applicants can expect to gain a network of other women student leaders from across the nation, develop and gain professional skills, and learn more about gender equity issues.
Costs for the conference will be covered, applicants should expect to be able to reflect on their experiences in the next academic year for future students. All majors and graduate programs are welcome to apply. Applications will be open until April 9th at 11:59p.m., students can access the application through this link: https://forms.office.com/r/EXRfHPu6Kz. Spots are limited and preference will be given to students who meet the following criterias:
- Undergraduate and Graduate students who are active students.
- Students who will be enrolled at UConn for the 2023-24 academic year.
- Participants must demonstrate a desire to address and promote gender equity.
