The Genome Ambassadors Program proudly presents Susan Smith PhD., a three-time UConn graduate and lead research scientist at Mystic Aquarium, as our next speaker in our seminar series! The meeting will be on Thursday, April 6th at 6:00PM EST. Susan will discuss her work studying the function and diversity of marine mammal microbiomes, and share how her academic journey brought her to her current position, as well as the ties that allow her to hold a teaching position as a UConn professor.
