Today is the last day for freshmen with a 3.5+ GPA to accept their invitation to Alpha Lambda Delta, a National Honors Society. UConn's chapter of ALD is one of the largest in the world, as well as the largest student-run organization on campus. We have social, academic, and community service events weekly, with one major fundraising event each semester in which 100% of the profits go to a local charity of our choice!
Please send out reminders or mention in class to your freshmen students that today is the last day to accept their invitations that were sent to their emails!
